Payment Information

Fox Hills Community Association is comprised exclusively of SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES in Bloomfield Hills Michigan.
We have 2 payments due each year.

1. Annual dues invoices are emailed in January and due April 1.
2. Pool special assessment invoices are emailed in April and due October 1

Options for making payments:

1. Pay using a bank account or credit card through PayHOA. Fees are associated with each transaction. PayHOA sets the fees for the online transactions and FHCA cannot do anything to change these fees.
2.  Mail a check to :  FHCA

3. Drop off a check (no cash!) at the clubhouse. The drop box is located to the LEFT of the front door. Please send a text message to Financial Secretary. 

**Please note, if you are paying by check, please write the Lot Number for your property in the Memo Line.
​Payment Plans
When residents request payment plans the agreed upon plan must be followed in order to avoid late fees and to still have access to the amenities in our neighborhood. 
 
Selling in 2026 or 2027?

• Any unpaid annual dues and special assessments MUST be paid at closing.
• The buyer(s) cannot assume the remaining balance; it must be paid in full at closing.  ($1,200 2026 & 2027)
• Please figure that amount into your asking price

Fox Tales Monthly Newsletter

Everyone is welcome to advertise in our monthly newsletter.  Your ad will reach 358 households every single month. Non-Resident advertising rates are below:

• Full: $50
• Half: $40
• Quarter: $30
• Classified: $15
• Discounts for 12, 6, and 3 month pre-paid
