The Fox Hills clubhouse is a fully updated (2018) 1500sqft brick resource that is a wonderful place for neighborhood events or to be rented by residents for a nominal fee. In 2022 we've added air-conditioning and heating units that make the space even more comfortable during the cold winter and hot summer days.

The club house is used throughout the year for neighborhood euchre tournaments, cook-off competitions, holiday events like meeting Santa, monthly board meetings, wine or beer tasting events, and is used by our swim team for meetings and during Fox Hills home swim meets. Residents will often rent the clubhouse for birthdays, anniversaries, wedding and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties (so there is no clean up at home), and more.
