The Fox Hills clubhouse is a 1500sqft facility ideal for neighborhood events or to be rented by residents for a nominal fee.  Air-conditioning and heating units that make the space even more comfortable during the cold winter and hot summer days. In 2025 the furniture was replaced, offering complete flexibility for your events.
The clubhouse offers:

• A full kitchen with all appliances, cookware and serving ware. 
• Extensive bar counters for serving or seating.
• 2 bathrooms
• 5  6-top tables and chairs, with a dozen card tables and 30+ folding chairs stored for additional use
• High top tables and chairs
• Gas fireplace
• 65" smart tv.
• Free Wi-Fi access
• Coat rack
• Several banquet tables for serving

The club house is used throughout the year for neighborhood euchre tournaments, cook-off competitions, holiday events like meeting Santa, monthly board meetings, wine or beer tasting events, and is used by our swim team for meetings and during Fox Hills home swim meets. Residents will often rent the clubhouse for birthdays, anniversaries, wedding and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties (so there is no clean up at home), and more.

2. If this is your first visit you will register as a Fox Hills resident
3. After completing registration, you can reserve and will make payment.

• Unlimited Guests Swim + $150
• Off-Season $150
